Sebastian G. Milardo, Ph.D.
Dr. Sebastian G. Milardo is Executive Vice President of Drake Inglesi  Milardo, Inc. With almost 27 years in the business, Dr. Milardo has consulted for many leading national and local organizations including UNUMProvident, G. H. Bass, Mercy Hospital, United Way of America, Fleet Bank and Wright Express. Seb holds a B.A. in Psychology from Nasson College, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Ph.D. in Clinical/Social Psychology from the University of Georgia.
Seb is a licensed psychologist in Maine. He is involved in all the major service areas of his firm, including outplacement consulting, executive team building, executive selection and a broad range of other organizational development activities. Executives particularly seek him out for his insights on career planning, his unique expertise in helping executive teams perform more productively, and his ability to turn around problem managers.
Seb is a well-respected lecturer at the Colby Leadership Institute and a member the prestigious Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine program.
